During the holidays and throughout the winter season, it’s especially difficult to keep up with healthy habits. We’ve asked World Champion gymnast Aly Raisman and fitness guru Sarah Dussault to get their perspective on how to stay healthy when it’s hard.  With busy training schedules combined with bustling holiday festivities both Aly and Sarah know the importance of staying healthy on the go. We can’t wait to see what they are up to this season.
